    FAQ:           

    I cannot find the test or activity:  Click on the program title.  This will open a new window that gives you a brief description of that CE opportunity.  Click on Take Activity and then Start Activity.  You then have access to both the program (if available online) and the test.  Please note: a few CE activities were mailed out to a specific group and may not be available to everyone.

                       

    I see that there are programs which have the same title, but are in different formats.   Can I complete each program for credit?  No, you can only claim credit for one format of the same program.   We have provided multiple formats when possible to satisfy individual learning styles. 


    I’ve forgotten my password – There is a box on the log in page that allows you to request your password.  It will be sent to you via email.  

                       

    My password no longer works – please request your password (above) to make sure it is correct.  If it still does not work please contact IT at webmaster@aanp.org to correct the problem.

                       

    What is the Dashboard The Dashboard is a new feature offered to you can track your online CE activities. You also have the ability to reprint a certificate as needed from your individual dashboard.

     

    I cannot print my certificate – Please contact scausey@aanp.org and provide your name, email, what browser you are using (Internet Explorer, AOL, etc.) and which certificate you are trying to print.

     

    I would like to be able to review missed questions and learn from these.  Is it possible to add the correct answers at the end of the test? – Learning from your mistakes is very valuable.  You may go back through the program as many times as you would like to seek information.  Due to the nature of the "Pass/Fail" status of these tests, we can not furnish the correct answers.

                       

    I'm having trouble opening up the pages, content and/or tests –Contact IT at webmaster@aanp.org and please have the following information – activity you are trying to access, browser you are using, name and email address.  Please Note: some activities are hosted on websites other that AANP and you will need to contact their webmasters with problems.


    The Start Activity button is grayed out, I cannot start the program: This usually means that the CE Center cannot confirm your AANP membership status. Please log-in, go to Update Personal Information and make sure the you have entered your correct membership number (no letters or symbols). Click on Validate Number to confirm it is matched. Then Save Updates. If the program persist please contact scausey@aanp.org and provide your name, log-in email and password.

     

    Pay Per View CE: a new option on the AANP CE Center for non-members to purchase CE programs.

     

    How long to I have access to CE programs once it is purchased? You may access any purchased program indefinitely, until it expires. Please read the program description by clicking on the program title for these dates.

     

    Why are the costs different for CE programs? Costs are based on contact hours and pharmacology content.

     

    Why are are some programs restricted to Members Only and not available for purchase? AANP is a member-driven organization and free CE thru the AANP CE Center is a membership benefit.
